Associate Attorney Yen Quach is an example of the very best in American success stories. Yen started work at RMD Law in 2017 as a paralegal. We quickly learned that the only difference between Yen and many attorneys was State Bar admission. In fact, Yen already knew more about litigation than many attorneys had already forgotten.

She worked incredibly hard for the next several years, sharpening her skills with the partners, rising to middle management at the firm, and helping many clients get the justice they deserved in their personal injury cases. And yet, similar to Megan Markle’s character Rachel Zane on Suits there was just something missing…

And so began Yen’s law school journey. While attending Chapman Law School, Yen stayed connected with the RMD Law family, summering with the firm as a Law Clerk. Of course, when she graduated, the firm jumped at the chance to bring her back.

Yen has pulled herself up by the bootstraps, and her injured clients are well-served by her unique combination of work-ethic, deep knowledge of the legal system, and her no-nonsense approach to her cases. Injured clients seeking justice from insurance companies can do no better than Yen.
